#2 Do a search for target coupons.
#3 Click on Stationary.
#4 Print coupon for $1 off bic pens
#5 Go to Target Store (Brick and Mortar) and get bic pens that sell for 99 cents.
#6 Try not to abuse this one or they may never do it again.
